National and international Muay thai fighter, Okinawa te jet fighter (full contact bare knuckle karate). I've have been involved in martial arts and fighting for the last 30 years. Besides fighting, I do alot of hiking and backpacking, camping, pretty much anything outdoors.

Trained and fought muay thai under Kru Kim Sitoge from tiger lin muay thai in Austin Tx. Black belt in Japanese ju-jitsu, Black belt in Kempo Karate. Two time silver medalist at Grapplers Quest. Trained fighters for Steve Blackman out of Harrisburg, as well as fighters for Kore combat out of Winchester Virginia. Started my own fight team fouryears ago out of Hanover, taking them to Virginia under full rules mma, earning eight title championships from bantamweight to superheavy.

Information
I train and teach my fighters the way I was trained. I'm a firm believer in training as hard as you can. You should be able to perform double the amount of time you actually need in the cage or ring. The actual fight should seem like a day off compared to your training.
