liondofightclub → VFL 24 "Broad Ave Brawlers 3": Half the fights that were on this card aren't even happening. The guy publicized that Haselrig was on the card and he never was. We were supposed to have a few guys on and he was trying to match make 5 days before the fight for Pro's.

Services Lion-Do Kick Boxing/Cold Steel MMA is a Mixed Martial Arts training center located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Our instructors and trainers are well versed in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, Grappling, Goju Ryu Karate, and Brawling. 
We have wrestling mat along with heavy and Thai bags, headache bags, speed bags. We emphasize a lot of explosive strength training, core training and overall body strength. We do a lot of HIT Cardio training as well.

This group was created for the Movement of martial arts into the New Era. The Movement is not only the progression of the arts but also the quality of human. Most of the world we live in today is lost in the darkness. Some would rather buy material things then a TICKET to support their neighbor.

These athletes have one of the most demanding professions in the world, they don't get paid for training and sometimes a mans dreams will get broken along with their face. The Movement isn't just about promoting wellness and protecting the arts, it's about the condition of humanity. Pay your fellow man a compliment, why not? It doesn't cost you anything and it will go along way with not only the non believers but also inspire that individual to be confident in all affairs.

Barter, one man's chore is another mans passion. You maybe suprised at how much your knowledge can assist someone in saving time and money.

This Movement could have been started anywhere but it was started here and what better community for it to be dropped in, the most amiable of societies, martial arts. The only community that can muster enough self discipline too carry out the tasks in order to advance.
